Product construction and operation

A three-piece ball valve separates the central valve body from its end connectors. With a pneumatic actuator fitted above the stem, this arrangement provides automated isolation while allowing service access to the central body when the installation and maintenance procedure permit.

Configuration features

• Bolted three-piece construction separates the center section and end connections.
• Threaded, weld-end and clamp-end configurations are represented in the range.
• Actuator torque must be matched to the actual seat and process conditions.

Selection and installation details

Threaded, welding and clamp ends are separate configurations, not interchangeable fittings on every model. For welded installations, follow the approved procedure to protect seats, seals and actuator components from heat. For threaded versions, specify the thread system and mating connection. Confirm maintenance clearance for removing bolts or the center section; the actuator and accessories may increase the required envelope.

Review supply pressure at the equipment while it is operating, not only the compressor setting. Select accessories and the loss-of-air response for the complete assembly.
