A pneumatic ventilation butterfly valve rotates a disc within a duct or low-pressure gas passage.
Send your requirements for the proposed configuration.
A pneumatic ventilation butterfly valve rotates a disc within a duct or low-pressure gas passage. It is selected for air-handling or process-gas service using flow, differential pressure and the required leakage performance, rather than treating it as a liquid-line shut-off valve.
Nominal duct diameter alone does not determine the required actuator. Differential pressure acting on the disc, shaft friction and any deposits affect the load. Define gas composition, solids content, temperature range and operating frequency. Where flow regulation is needed, provide the operating positions and required control response. Review the duct supports and flange alignment so external loads are not transferred into the valve bearings.
Review supply pressure at the equipment while it is operating, not only the compressor setting. Select accessories and the loss-of-air response for the complete assembly.
Ventilation ducts, compatible process-air systems and low-pressure gas flow control.
Include the medium, normal and maximum pressure and temperature, connection dimensions, required operating time and quantity. For an existing installation, add identification photographs and the current assembly drawing.
Confirm the final assembly drawing, materials, ratings and control documentation for the proposed configuration before ordering. Product photographs show representative configurations.

Need mounting dimensions? Request the drawing for your proposed configuration.
| Valve duty | Ventilation or compatible low-pressure gas service |
|---|---|
| Reference nominal sizes | DN50-DN2000 family |
| Connection pattern | Flanged duct or pipe connection |
| Actuation | Pneumatic rotary |
| Key sizing inputs | Gas flow, differential pressure, temperature and disc load |
| Shut-off requirement | Specify permissible leakage; do not assume tight isolation |
Confirm the final ratings and dimensions against the documentation for your selected model.
Request the current datasheet, dimensional drawing and wiring or air-circuit information for the proposed product or assembly. Include your valve type and supply requirements so the documents match the configuration under discussion.
