A pneumatic angle-seat valve uses a piston actuator to move a closing element along an angled valve body.
Send your requirements for the proposed configuration.
A pneumatic angle-seat valve uses a piston actuator to move a closing element along an angled valve body. This separates the air actuator from the process flow and provides a linear-seat alternative to rotary ball and butterfly valves.
Pilot-air pressure and process pressure perform different functions and must not be confused. Differential pressure, seat diameter and flow direction influence the actuator force needed to open or close. Specify whether flow is under or over the seat and the required de-energized position. For liquids, review closing speed and water-hammer risk. Material and temperature suitability must be confirmed for the body, seat seal and actuator components.
Review supply pressure at the equipment while it is operating, not only the compressor setting. Select accessories and the loss-of-air response for the complete assembly.
Compatible process-fluid switching, utility and cleaning systems requiring a piston-operated seat valve.
Include the medium, normal and maximum pressure and temperature, connection dimensions, required operating time and quantity. For an existing installation, add identification photographs and the current assembly drawing.
Confirm the final assembly drawing, materials, ratings and control documentation for the proposed configuration before ordering. Product photographs show representative configurations.

Need mounting dimensions? Request the drawing for your proposed configuration.
| Valve movement | Linear seat motion |
|---|---|
| Reference threaded/clamp sizes | DN15-DN50 family |
| Reference flanged sizes | DN15-DN100 family |
| Connection options | Internal thread, flange or clamp |
| Operating mode | Specify normally closed, normally open or double-acting requirements |
| Sizing inputs | Medium pressure, flow direction, pilot pressure and required flow |
Confirm the final ratings and dimensions against the documentation for your selected model.
Request the current datasheet, dimensional drawing and wiring or air-circuit information for the proposed product or assembly. Include your valve type and supply requirements so the documents match the configuration under discussion.
