Electric Three-Piece Ball Valve

Product construction and operation

An electric three-piece ball valve combines a serviceable center-body arrangement with a compact rotary motor actuator. Separate end connectors allow the valve connection style to be chosen for the piping system while retaining a bolted central valve section.

Selection and installation details

Choose the connection version before confirming the installation dimensions. A clamp-ended version and a threaded version are not assumed to share the same body length or bore. Maintenance access must account for actuator width, wiring, pipe support and bolt removal. If positioning duty is required, confirm valve suitability and actuator duty cycle rather than adding a control signal to an isolation-only unit.

Define the power supply, command signal, position feedback and operating frequency. Confirm the response required after power or signal loss for the selected controls.
