Product construction and operation

An electric sanitary-pattern ball valve brings motorized operation to tube-connected process piping. The product family includes two-way isolation and three-way routing arrangements; the ball passage, ferrule dimensions and cleaning requirements must be defined for the selected assembly.

Selection and installation details

Provide the tube standard and clamp-ferrule dimensions, not only the pipe diameter. For three-way versions, identify the common port and each required connection state. Review seat materials, drainability, product retention and the cleaning process with the proposed valve documentation. No hygienic certification or cleaning-temperature rating is inferred from the product photograph.

Define the power supply, command signal, position feedback and operating frequency. Confirm the response required after power or signal loss for the selected controls.
