This industrial part-turn actuator is a rotary drive for ball valves, butterfly valves, dampers and similar limited-travel equipment.
Send your requirements for the proposed configuration.
This industrial part-turn actuator is a rotary drive for ball valves, butterfly valves, dampers and similar limited-travel equipment. The pictured arrangement uses an enclosed reduction gear and a side handwheel. It provides a different mechanical installation option from a compact box-style actuator.
At the same output speed, operating time depends on the selected travel angle. A quarter revolution at 1 r/min corresponds to 15 seconds before allowances for the actual control and drive arrangement; confirm the quoted operating time rather than treating speed alone as a guarantee. Verify the shaft bore and coupling, valve allowable torque, cable entry direction and clearance around the handwheel.
Define the power supply, command signal, position feedback and operating frequency. Confirm the response required after power or signal loss for the selected controls.
Rotary valve and damper installations where mounting space, gearing and local hand operation determine the drive arrangement.
Include the medium, normal and maximum pressure and temperature, connection dimensions, required operating time and quantity. For an existing installation, add identification photographs and the current assembly drawing.
Confirm the final assembly drawing, materials, ratings and control documentation for the proposed configuration before ordering. Product photographs show representative configurations.
